Who We Are

Our journey began when our founder, Alicia Johnson, saw a need for improved access to Medicaid coverage for individuals and families in need of long-term care services. Medicaid coverage can be a vital resource, but navigating the complex eligibility requirements can be a daunting task. Today, we continue to build on Alicia’s vision by staying true to our core values of Integrity, Compassion, Transparency, and Advocacy.

With a combined 35 years of experience as eligibility specialists and caseworkers, our team brings a wealth of knowledge in determining the eligibility of applicants and recipients for public assistance programs. Now, as independent Medicaid eligibility consultants, we are committed to providing invaluable support and guidance to those navigating the complex process of applying for Medicaid. Led by Alicia Johnson, Leslie Hammons, and Tiffany Henry, we strive to create a positive impact in everything we do.

We believe in making a difference, whether it’s through volunteering in community events to raise awareness about Medicaid benefits and services, or offering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each resident and family, ensuring a personalized approach to Medicaid application processing. At Lifecare Consulting, we are not just about business—we are about building relationships, fostering growth, and making a lasting impact.
